July 9, 1998 Today the Orkoz ship is parked in the harbor at Sinop. This is a bittersweet sight, since the ship was used by the underwater survey team during our survey off the shore of Sinop. They documented dozens of sites during their short field season (just over a week), and we look forward to their return next year.
