-Please email a scan of your valid college ID to jmonge@sas.upenn.edu or fax a copy to Janet Monge's attention at 215/898-7462.

-Ask two of the people you identify in the application to provide a recommendation letter for you.

-Arrange to have an official transcript to the attention of Dr. Janet Monge (see contact info)
