TREASURES 2007

Philadelphia Falls for the Arts
Three Great Art Shows Means Three Great Reasons To Visit Philly This Fall

Three premier art shows, on three different weekends, benefiting three world-renowned museums make visiting Philadelphia this fall a must for art lovers. Fine art, antiques, textiles, exotic works from world cultures and juried contemporary crafts will all be on display, and for sale, during Philadelphia Falls for the Arts 2007. Visitors can round out their weekend getaways with museum visits, theatrical performances, mouthwatering meals and high-end shopping.

The arts trio begins with USArtists: American Fine Art Show, October 19-21, when 55 of the nation’s top dealers present more than 5,000 works of American fine art for sale.  Treasures…From the Silk Road to the Santa Fe Trail Show & Sale, October 26-28, features more than 40 distinguished dealers offering antiques, fine art and textiles from Asia, Africa, Oceania and the Americas. The Philadelphia Museum of Art Craft Show, November 8-11, features 195 of the finest American craft artists.
