TREASURES 2007 “Shop the world” for a ‘treasure’ to take home… without ever leaving Philadelphia! Over 40 distinguished dealers from the U.S. and abroad are expected, bringing rigorously vetted 18th – 21st centuries materials from native traditions of Asia, Africa, Oceania and the Americas. The Women’s Committee and show producer Caskey-Lees will once again transform the third floor galleries of the Penn Museum into a glorious, imaginative art expo offering beautiful and unusual art, antiques, jewelry, carpets, sculptures, furniture, ceramics and textiles – and more. This first and only Philadelphia show and sale of native arts, antiques and textiles from world cultures has already been recognized by the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation as one of Philadelphia’s top annual events and is a centerpiece of “Philadelphia Falls for the Arts,” a collaboration with USArtists: American Fine Art Show and The Philadelphia Museum of Art Craft Show. 2007 Treasures Show & Sale Co-Chairs are Susan W.
