ABOUT THE TRAVELING EXHIBITION

250-275 linear feet
Contents:
52 framed wall-ready photographs measuring 22" x 27". Venues may alter the arrangement and number of photographs they exhibit. Accompanying piece labels, section captions and introductory wall panel and map (also included in disc form). Public relations material is provided prior to the opening of exhibit. A large format hard cover book and related poster are also available.
Exhibition Fee:
$4,500
Venue Period:
8 to 12 weeks with weekly prorated fees beyond that. Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests from borrowers.

January 2004 through December 2006

To be arranged by University of Pennsylvania Museum. Shipping costs prorated among venues.

Installation/
Deinstallation:
Qualified staff at borrowing institution will install and deinstall the exhibition
Requirements:
Facility report must be submitted for review before approval of loan.

Borrowing institutions must complete incoming and outgoing condition reports.
The borrower must adhere to temperature and light controls for this exhibit. Temperature must be between 65 and 80 degrees with 45 to 50 percent relative humidity. Light levels must range between 10-15 foot candles. Direct sunlight must be avoided or diffused with UV radiation not exceeding 75 microwatts/lumen.
