• SHIPPING

All in-stock items are shipped by UPS within two business days of receipt of your order. We will let you know if an item is temporarily out of stock. To ensure the safety of fragile items, your complete order may not be shipped in the same package. The full shipping and handling fee is charged with the first parcel shipped. Subsequent parcels will be shipped at no extra charge. While prevailing UPS rates will apply to shipments, the minimum shipping charge is $6.00.

• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our representatives will be glad to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding international shipping. Please note that due to size or weight restrictions, certain items cannot be shipped at our regular international rates. Additionally, please be advised that taxes, duties or customs/brokerage fees on items ordered from the US being delivered to addresses outside the country are the responsibility of the recipient. • SALES TAX

There is a 7% sales tax on all orders shipped to Philadelphia; 6% on orders shipped to all other Pennsylvania addresses.

• RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 10 business days with the receipt for an exchange or a refund. For gift returns, refunds will be applied to the purchaser's account. When exchanging merchandise, please include the appropriate shipping and handling charge for your new order.

• PRIVACY AND SECURITY STATEMENTS

At the University of Pennsylvania Museum we respect your privacy. We do not collect personal information about you.
