I love the Penn Museum for three reasons: it encourages curiosity, promotes learning, and celebrates diversity. Learning from history gives us a deeper understanding of who we are and who the people around us are. It gives us a much stronger culture, a much stronger society, a much more forgiving society. It makes us better people.
Robert M. Levy, WG'74, Trustee Emeritus

Calling all Penn Alumni! We want to see you when you’re back on campus for Homecoming Weekend. In addition to free admission all weekend for Penn Alumni and their guests, check out all the Homecoming Weekend events happening virtually and in person at the Penn Museum, November 15-17, 2024.

7-8 pm ET | Virtual Program

One of the most loved (and visited) landmarks on the Penn Campus, the Penn Museum is the ultimate architectural “work in progress.” Begun in 1893, it is a building that has never truly been completed. Join William Whitaker, Curator of Penn’s Architectural Archives, as he leads you through the remarkable, ever- changing story of this building, its inner workings, and its engaging legacy.
